QA-QC Manager

1. Ensuring the work of the quality control department

2. Management and control over the work of inspectors and quality control engineers, setting tasks for personnel, allocation of responsibility within the department by construction areas for conducting daily inspections on the construction site.

3. Participation with representatives of the Client and EPCm Contractor on daily walking inspections of the construction site.

4. Preparation of accounting documentation for ensuring and controlling the quality of construction.

5. Participation and presentation of a report on quality control issues at weekly meetings.

6. Interaction with Rostechnadzor inspectors during on-site inspections.

7. Interaction with related departments within the organization, with representatives of the Client and EPCm Contractor to solve problematic issues during construction.

8. Participation in the search for construction laboratories and non-destructive testing laboratories and ensuring their work on the construction site.

9. Preparation of quality control plans (QCP) for various disciplines of construction.

10. Monitoring the number of unclosed inspection requests (RFI) for all types of work, determining the reasons and interacting with the construction department to close them.

11. Control of unclosed reports on nonconformities (NCR, SR), Punch List, observations of the author's supervision, elimination of violations and preparation of documentation for confirmation of the closure by the Client and EPCm Contractor.

12. Control of process of incoming control of materials

Allocation of responsibility among quality control engineers in terms of the constant maintenance of matrices for accounting of inspections performed in all disciplines of construction (concrete works, steel erection, piping works, installation of statiq equipment,e&i works etc.). Checking and consolidation matrices and weekly dispatch it to the Client and EPCm Contractor.

14. Control of certification of Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), preparation of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), certification and admission of welders to the construction site.

• Высшее образование (техническое);
• Владеете MS Office (в т. ч. Excel, Power Point).
• Знаете технологии проведения строительно-монтажных работ
• Опыт работы на объектах "СИБУР" в строительных организациях приветствуется.(Желательно)
