UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• develop interactive prototypes for web and mobile interfaces (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD);
• design wireframes, user flows, and interaction scenarios;
• conduct user testing (A/B testing, interviews, usability studies);
• collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers;
• participate in brainstorming sessions and idea generation to enhance user experience;
• implement improvements to existing interfaces based on analytics data;
• prepare presentations of design solutions for the team and clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design;
• proficient in prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.);
• knowledge of UX/UI design principles and understanding of user experience design and evaluation fundamentals;
• familiarity with guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines) is a plus;
• experience in interface testing and working with analytics;
• a portfolio showcasing interactive prototypes and case studies;
• teamwork skills, ability to present solutions, and justify design decisions.
