We’re looking for an experienced
Sales & Business Development Representative to help us grow by finding and connecting with clients who need exactly what we do best: solving complex, custom software and data challenges with elegant, powerful solutions. You’ll be the first voice they hear, the one who translates their chaos into clarity - and who shows them why Tiny is the right partner.

Your Role
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Qualify prospects and guide them through early conversations
- Present tailored proposals that clearly outline how we can help
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand our capabilities and pitch them effectively
- Build trust with potential clients through clear, thoughtful, and confident communication
- Ensure prospects understand both the value and the cost of working with a high-caliber team
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1–C2 level)
- Experience in B2B sales or business development in tech agencies, consultancies, or software houses
- Strong technical literacy - you don’t need to code, but you understand how modern software gets built
- Outstanding communication skills - empathetic, clear, professional
- Comfortable discussing scope, timelines, and pricing with confidence and respect
- Open to feedback, new ideas, and constant learning
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with or selling services around data engineering, custom software, or automation tools
- Understanding of software development workflows
